Job Description:HCLTech is hiring a full-time Contract Management Specialist for their Gurugram office. The role focuses primarily on end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) processing, risk management, and legal compliance workflows within corporate systems.
Key responsibilities include:
• SOW Initiation & Processing: Draft, track, and manage updates/revisions for Statement of Work (SOW) packets from draft stage to final execution. This includes processing service estimates, risk checks, and coordinating defined approvals.
• Contract Drafting: Create customized SOWs or leverage approved templates while strictly adhering to writing guidelines, corporate guardrails, and defined contracting procedures.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Identify and manage contract risks, escalating issues through defined approval chains when necessary.
• Subcontractor Management: Create, review, and close out subcontractor SOWs (inbound contracts) as applicable.
• Compliance & Systems: Ensure all SOW documents comply with internal legal compliance standards, sales regulations, and local laws. Handle order form processing, validate backend system quotes, and generate corporate legal agreements using internal tools.
