Job Overview:
We are looking for a Compliance Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the Fund’s compliance, regulatory tracking and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance calendar, policy register, regulatory tracker, breach register, and conflict register
- Track SEBI, AML/KYC, FIU-IND and FEMA-related updates and support required filings and reports.
- Review investor KYC/AML documents, PEP/sanctions checks, beneficial ownership details, and onboarding records
- Assist in preparing compliance reports for Trustees, Board, auditors, and regulators.
- Coordinate with RTA, Fund Accountant, Custodian, Legal, Tax, and other service providers for compliance documents and data.
- Maintain proper records and audit trails for all compliance reviews, approvals, exceptions, and regulatory correspondence.
Qualifications:
- CA Inter, CS Executive, MBA Finance, LLB, B.Com, or similar qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in compliance, AIF/PMS, mutual funds, fund administration, audit, or financial services
- Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, AML/KYC, investor onboarding, and fund documentation.
