The role of an AICTE Portal Officer within a college involves overseeing all activities related to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) portal, ensuring seamless communication between the institution and AICTE, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portal Administration: Manage and update the institution’s profile on the AICTE portal, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit necessary documents, approvals, and reports through the AICTE portal in adherence to deadlines.
- Compliance Assurance: Monitor and ensure the institution’s adherence to AICTE guidelines and standards, facilitating necessary audits and assessments.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between AICTE and the institution, addressing inquiries, disseminating information, and coordinating meetings.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to faculty and staff on AICTE policies, portal functionalities, and compliance requirements.
