Position Type: Full-time, (Liberty would be granted to take up independent work)
Key Responsibilities:
• Filing trademark and copyright applications, reply to objections and counter statements etc.
• Drafting and attending cases in courts (mostly commercial courts).
• Legal research on IP laws, rules, and case laws
• Maintain IP records, deadlines, and client files
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of Trademark Act, 1999 and IPR concepts
• Familiarity with the IP India website and e-filing system
Eligibility: Law graduate (LL.B.)/ Freshers with strong interest in IP law.
Remuneration:
• Will pay as per industry standards and experience.
