Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at PATectual IP Law Services LLP in Ahmedabad. The Associate will be responsible for tasks related to drafting, filing, and prosecuting patents, trademarks, industrial designs, and copyrights. They will also assist in providing IP services to clients across various industries.
Qualifications
- Experience in drafting and prosecuting patents, trademarks, and copyrights
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Pharmaceuticals/Law, Intellectual Property, or related field
