About the Role:
Kashyap Partners & Associates LLP (KPA) is seeking a motivated and talented Legal Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to advisory, transactional, and dispute resolution matters for clients in India and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across various legal domains.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and advisory opinions with precision.
- Assist in case strategy discussions and liaise with clients effectively.
- Support senior attorneys in case management and litigation preparation.
- Work on cross-border legal matters, facilitating solutions for U.S.-India business challenges.
Experience Required:
- 0–1 Year of Experience
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
- Familiarity with contracts, transactional work, company law, and/or IP is a plus.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Prior internships or work experience with a corporate lawyer/firm is advantageous.
