This is a fantastic opportunity for students based in Mumbai to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of the corporate legal landscape.
Position: Legal Intern
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
(Preference will be given to students living along the Western Line due to proximity to the office)
Start Date: December 2024
Interview Process: Begins next week
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including notices and contracts.
- Assist in case preparation and client communications.
- Support senior associates and partners with day-to-day tasks related to ongoing cases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.
- Based in Mumbai (Preference for students living along the Western Line).
- Minimum 3-month commitment required (short-term applicants will not be considered).
