To interact with other Floor Coordinators and carryout proactive measures for utmost satisfaction of IP patientsTo co ordinate with MOD on the report from previous night and plan the day.Ensure that the patient feedback and google reviews are collected.Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.To brief the patient and the attendant about the services and the facilities available in the hospital and the procedure for follow up after discharge.Update room-wise census as per admission and discharge protocols.Co ordinating with Gynec Coordinator about value added services.Supervise Floor Coordinators / PRE and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements including maintenance issues.To interact with IP Billing and clarify about any doubt regarding billing and allied requirements.To ensure that discharge summary is handed over to the patient while leaving, if not (except in the case of insurance patient) to ensure that the patient leaves the hospital with a valid discharge note.
