Position Overview:
CARS24 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate with 0-1 years of experience to join our litigation team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in law, specifically in litigation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in litigation management from start to finish.
- Draft and prepare legal documents for various cases, including summons, criminal, consumer, and labour cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide support in legal proceedings.
- Represent clients in court hearings and coordinate with external counsels as required.
- Manage and maintain case files, legal documentation, and client records.
Requirements:
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 0-1 years of experience in a legal role, particularly in litigation.
- Foundational knowledge of summons, criminal, consumer, and labour cases.
- Strong communication, drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
