β’ PQE: 6 months – 1 year in litigation proceedings
β’ EDUCATION: LLB (3 years or 5 years) / LLM

β’ Managing and maintaining IP filing, renewals, prosecution, and litigation of Trademark Applications, along with providing legal opinions on trademark matters.
β’ Handling client queries related to IP practices in India and drafting legal opinions.
β’ Preparing legal documents such as Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectifications, Notices, and Rejoinders.
β’ Managing and maintaining Copyright and Design matters.
β’ Handling litigation matters independently.
