About Us:
Maloo & Co is a prestigious legal firm specializing in litigation matters across various forums, including NCLT, NCLAT, and the High Court. We are currently seeking 2 (two) talented and enthusiastic law students to join our litigation team in Mumbai on an immediate basis.
Roles and Responsibilities: As a Litigation Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in:
- Research: Conducting legal research on various cases and statutes.
- Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
- Court Proceedings: Observing and assisting in court proceedings.
- Office Operations: Supporting day-to-day operations of the office.
Eligibility:
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of an integrated LLB program.
- Students in the 2nd year of a regular LLB program.
Perks:
- Certificate of Appreciation upon successful completion of the internship.
- Practical experience in IBC, the Companies Act, SARFESI, and Commercial Litigation.
Stipend:
- ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 (To be discussed during the interview).
