Job Overview
Frido is seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Intern to assist in managing the company’s legal compliance and contribute to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. The role involves reviewing and analyzing intellectual property (IP) documents and working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws. This position is ideal for fresh law graduates with up to 2 years of experience, particularly those with experience in startups or reputable law firms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Conduct research on laws applicable to Frido’s business operations.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely compliance with legal requirements.
- Review trademark and design applications for Frido’s intellectual property filings.
- Stay updated with laws relevant to Frido’s business.
Qualifications
- LL.B Graduate.
- Strong understanding of corporate and business laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience
- 0-2 years of legal experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have interned at startups or reputed law firms.
