Key Responsibilities:
Legal Compliance: Ensure the company’s operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Document Vetting: Review and vet all legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, lease contracts, and title documents.
Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with real estate transactions and operations
Advisory: Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on real estate matters.
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company law.
Contract Management: Review and manage contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and align with the company’s interests.
