Boutique corporate law firm with head office in Gurgaon seeks an experienced, personable & intelligent individual to fill a full-time corporate a legal associate/advisor position for Pune Location
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have excellent research, drafting and communication skills
- Candidate must be capable of conducting thorough research
- Drafting Legal Opinions based on precedents based upon a variety of legal sectors including Cross-border Transaction, FDI/FEMA/RBI Regulations
- Banking regulations, M&A, Taxation and General Employment Law and other general Corporate Advisory.
Desired profile:
- Candidates with prior work experience with law firms or providing general corporate advisory services.
- Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent contract drafting skills and general knowledge of corporate laws.
- Education/Practice experience in foreign common law jurisdiction is preferrable.
- Good Communication skills
- Legal Degree from a reputed law university
