Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and the company website.
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Participate in conducting initial phone screens or interviews under supervision.
- Help organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
