Responsibilities:
1. Legal Agreements drafting and vetting and assisting in the execution thereof. Assisting in the conduct of due diligence of properties.
2. Assistance in registration of the Agreements.
3. Maintenance of files and maintaining the MIS with respect to Agreements and other legal records.
4. Legal Research work.
5. Compliance with the Companies Act and other corporate laws, labor laws, industrial laws, etc.
