We are looking for a qualified Company Lawyer / Legal Advisor to handle legal documentation, draft and review contracts, manage legal notices, ensure legal compliance, and provide legal advice to the company.
Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Experience in corporate or commercial legal matters preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal documentation.
- Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
