Chadha & Chadha is a distinguished Intellectual Property Law Firm headquartered in New Delhi with nine branch offices across major cities. They are seeking a full-time Trademarks Associate for their Gurugram office to handle trademark portfolios, legal assessments, and protection strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Prosecution & Enforcement: Manage end-to-end trademark prosecution and enforcement matters
.• Documentation: Prepare, review, and handle complex legal documents and address diverse legal issues related to trademarks.
• Research & Advisory: Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic legal advice on trademark-related issues.
• Client Strategy: Support corporate clients with robust intellectual property rights protection and commercialization strategies.
• Coordination: Maintain timely communication with clients and coordinate actively with relevant IP authorities.
Qualifications Required:
• Proficiency in areas of law, specifically Intellectual Property and Trademark laws.
• Proven experience in legal document preparation and handling trademark legal issues
.• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex cases and provide effective legal solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for high-level client interactions and detailed legal argumentation.
