Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal candidate with hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, service agreements, and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a night shift environment and supporting global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), NDAs, and other commercial contracts
- Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws, company policies, and business requirements
- Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and operations teams
- Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation and version control
- Support in handling client/vendor contract-related queries
- Assist in legal research and compliance-related activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in contract drafting and review, especially in SaaS and service agreements
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in night shift (US time zones)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with IT/consulting or SaaS-based companies
- Exposure to international contracts (US/Global clients)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
