Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on startup compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
- Draft and review non-disclosure agreements, contracts, and company policies.
- Research international business regulations and digital platform laws.
- Assist with corporate documentation and trademark filings.
- Support the legal and compliance department with operational tasks.

Salary and Benefits:
