LeDroit India is looking to recruit a Corporate Legal Intern (HYBRID) role in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune. This internship is a 2-month paid opportunity to gain real-world experience with in-house counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the in-house counsel with corporate legal issues and business activities.
- Track and control contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Prepare Contracts and Legal Papers.
- Do legal research into corporate compliance and regulations in business.
- Assist the legal team in organizing and keeping track of documents.
Job Details:
- Position: Internship (2 months)
- Location: Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 3
- Work Mode- 2 days on-site & 3 days remote.
Stipend and Benefits:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000.00 + Company transport
- Perks: Internship certificate, Letter of Recommendation (LOR) and
- Corporate experience to directly work with In-House counsel.
Qualification:
- Previous experience or a good understanding of the drafting of contracts.
- Prior experience or knowledge and understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM)
- Good analytical, legal research and writing abilities.
