We are currently looking to onboard:
• Legal Interns
• Legal Associates (2–3 years’ experience)
• Accountant
Role Exposure
You will gain hands-on experience in:
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
• Distressed asset transactions & resolution strategies
• Drafting transaction documents (Term Sheets, MoUs, Resolution Plans)
• Legal research, structuring & advisory
• Regulatory compliances (SEBI, RBI, SARFAESI, Companies Act)
Internship Details
• Mode: Physical
• Duration: 2–3 months
• Location: E22, Geetanjali Enclave, New Delhi – 110017
• Scope: Legal research, drafting & transaction support
Legal Associate Requirements
• 2–3 years’ experience in IBC / distressed assets / law firms / AIFs / ARCs
• Strong drafting, research & commercial understanding
• Law degree (BA LL.B / BBA LL.B / B.Com LL.B)
Accountant Role
• Maintain books of accounts, invoicing & reconciliations (Tally ERP)
• Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations)
• Manage bookkeeping, payroll, receivables/payables & bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, MIS & reports using Advanced Excel
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
Requirements:
• Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (CA Inter / CA preferred)
• Strong Tally ERP & Advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS & financial reporting
• High attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
