About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Financing & Transactional Support
Assist in drafting and reviewing Loan/facility agreements.
Litigation & Dispute Management
Assist in managing and monitoring ongoing litigation, claims, and disputes.
Coordinate with external counsel for ongoing legal matters and court proceedings.
Support in drafting petitions, applications, complaints (IBC, NIA, arbitration, execution/enforcement, etc.).
Prepare and review police complaints and related documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Completed LLB or pursuing final year of LLB.
Strong research and drafting skills.
Interest in finance and litigation.
Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
Good verbal and written communication.
