About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Law Intern to support our labour law advisory, compliance diagnostics, contract drafting, and regulatory research assignments. This internship offers hands-on exposure to practical legal implementation in corporate HR and governance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on:
Indian Labour Codes
State-specific labour rules and notifications
Employment and industrial relations laws
Assist in drafting:
NDAs and service agreements
Employment contracts and HR policies
Legal notes and advisory briefs
Support labour code readiness assessments and compliance audits
Prepare diagnostic checklists and regulatory trackers
Assist in reviewing payroll structures from a legal compliance perspective
Support webinar content and training material preparation
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B.
Strong interest in labour and employment law
Good legal research and drafting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
