Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Legal Associate role located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research on legal issues, preparing litigation cases, and representing clients before various courts and judicial bodies. The Legal Associate will also manage client consultations and provide expert advice, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Issues with strong knowledge of applicable regulations and legal practices.
- Experienced in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing legal notices, contracts, and other legal documentation.
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate legal information to provide accurate insights and solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and representation in legal proceedings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in related legal fields are a plus.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Familiarity with Indirect Taxation, Banking & Finance, Debt Recovery, and related fields is advantageous.
