Job Title: Legal Advisor
Location: Jaipur
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in legal drafting, contract review, compliance management, legal research, and client advisory. The role requires working closely with different departments to ensure legal security and mitigate risks across business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, vet, and review a wide range of legal documents including lease agreements, POA, MOUs, contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments on commercial, property, and corporate matters.
- Handle compliance issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
- Support in dispute resolution, settlement agreements, and legal notice responses.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs on case laws, statutes, and precedents.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and government authorities as required.
- Assist in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights), indemnity clauses, and privacy law matters.
- Maintain and update legal documentation, contracts, and case files.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); Master’s preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a legal advisory.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, civil procedures, compliance, and business laws.
- Good command over legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience in:
- Legal practices in FMCG, Retail, Infrastructure, Corporate, or Real Estate sectors.
- Drafting and negotiating agreements with government and private sector clients.
- Hands-on experience in legal audit, regulatory filings, and company law matters.
