Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance with all applicable labour laws and industrial regulations relevant to manufacturing units.
- Manage compliances related to:
- Factory Act
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- EPF & ESIC
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Contract Labour (R&A) Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and government authorities for inspections, audits, and returns.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Handle factory licenses, labour licenses, renewals, and amendments.
- Support HR in employee documentation, policy drafting, and legal compliance aspects.
- Assist in handling labour notices, legal queries, show-cause notices, and coordination with legal advisors.
- Ensure compliance with POSH, disciplinary procedures, and internal HR policies.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify gaps with corrective actions.
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory amendment
