Job Summary:
We are looking for a young passionate Legal Associate with experience in Civil, Criminal, DRT ,Consumer cases and Administrative matters..
Legal Associates(5 to 10 years of experience) – 5 Members
Outstation candidates will be provided free accommodation (only for male candidates)
Responsibilities:
Person should have deep knowledge of Law and Procedures
Should have appeared before the Lower Courts, High Court, DRT and Commercial Courts and tribunals and should have drafted writ petitions, civil and criminal revision petitions, civil and criminal appeal before HC
Having experience in Drafting, Pleading, Cross-examination and should have in depth knowledge in court procedures, witnesses and making arguments and must and should have handled cases independently. if the candidate knows to read and write kannada would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Should be ready to join immediately
Office Timings 9 am to 8 pm (7 pm for gentle women)
Due Diligence in their work
Able to brief and assist Senior Advocates
Ready to travel from one place to another on the directions of the office
Good in Communication
Qualification: LLB in any specification, LLM, AIBE
