JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Lawyer at Resolve360, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of legal compliance and accuracy in all aspects of our operations. Your attention to detail and proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be crucial in drafting, researching, and writing legal documents. Your knowledge of statutory compliance and experience with MS-Office will be essential in supporting our team and ensuring our legal obligations are met.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research to support the company’s operations and decision-making process.
2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision and accuracy.
3. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and legal requirements.
4. Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and conflicts that may arise.
5. Provide legal advice and counsel to management and employees on various legal matters.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and smooth operations.
8. Attend arbitration and assist the senior in filing cases and maintaining records.

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 – 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 – 6,00,000 /year
