JOB DESCRIPTION:
About the Role: Settlement Loan is looking for Legal Associate to assist with legal work related to the Banking Sector, Arbitration, and Drafting. This job will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract drafting, and arbitration-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws.
2. Interaction with clients directly, discuss with clients.
3. Assist in preparing case and legal opinions.
4. Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.

Requirements:
1. LL.B. from a recognized university.
2. Good research and drafting skills.
3. Basic knowledge of arbitration laws and banking regulations.
