Qualification – LLB /LLM
- Drafting/Vetting of legal contracts (Client engagements, MSAs, NDAs, MOUs, leases, Employment Contracts etc)
- To identify the potential risks in contracts and provide recommendations to mitigate such risks.
- Holding discussions & negotiations in connection with various legal and compliance related matters
- Responsible for legal research
- Litigation/Non-Litigation mandates
