About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide analytical support to the team
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and regulatory matters
- Support due diligence processes and participate in internal audits
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to collect necessary legal information and documentation
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in computer operations
- MS Excel
- MS Word
Eligibility:
- Law graduates or students currently pursuing a law degree
Salary Details:
Probation:
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend during probation: ₹10,000 – ₹10,001 per month (applicable only for freshers)
Post-Probation:
- Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 per year
CTC Breakdown:
- Fixed Pay: ₹1,00,000 per year
- Variable Pay: ₹2,00,000 per year
