About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide legal support for Adobe’s operations across India, based in Bangalore.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to Sales teams, structuring and closing deals with sound legal and ethical guidance.
3. Review and negotiate commercial agreements, including enterprise licensing, reseller/distributor contracts, and professional services engagements.
4. Monitor legal and regulatory developments in India to ensure compliance of agreements and practices.
5. Assist with privacy, data protection, and AI-related legal matters, including relevant terms in customer agreements.
6. Support procurement and vendor contracting in line with Adobe’s policies and legal requirements.
7. Contribute to global and regional legal initiatives and process improvement projects.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, and other internal teams.
9. Perform other legal duties as required.
