We are seeking an experienced In-house Legal Counsel to handle the company’s legal matters across
corporate, civil, and criminal domains. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, a
sound understanding of corporate laws, and the ability to provide proactive legal support to
business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in civil and criminal cases before courts, tribunals, and regulatory
authorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Ensure the company’s interests are protected in all legal proceedings.
- Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation strategy.
- Conduct legal research and keep the management updated on relevant legal developments.
Key Requirements:
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in civil and criminal litigation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
