For more details visit: www.iserveu.in Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary who should be instrumental in helping the office run smoothly, providing support to managers, senior-level executives, and departments. You’ll need to ensure that our company complies with financial and legal requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance. You also need to have a thorough understanding of the laws that affect your areas of work so that you are equipped to provide appropriate legal advice whenever needed. Roles & Responsibilities- 1. Ensuring compliance with the provisions/ requirements of the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Reserve Bank of India (to the extent applicable to secretarial activities) and other applicable regulations, as may be required from time to time. 2. Initiate, manage and oversee the systems and processes to ensure compliance under Corporate Laws, SEBI laws, RBI etc. 3. Ensure disclosure of requisite information and/or filing of forms / returns with the regulatory bodies like ROC/RD/MCA. within the timelines. 4. Ensure disclosure of requisite information and/or filing of forms / returns with the regulatory bodies / IEPF Authorities within the timelines. 5. Dealing with external audit firms for financial and secretarial audit and coordinate with the RTA. 6. Provide training to other business units on the insider trading tool. 7. Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that could affect the organization 8. Ensuring necessary policies are in place and are updated periodically. 9. Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good governance and compliance with legislation 10. Maintenance of Statutory Registers and other corporate records. 11. Such other activities as may be assigned by the Company/Board of Directors. Eligibility- • Qualified graduate, CS and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with approximately 3+ years of experience. • Effective and efficient delivery of top-quality Company Secretarial services in the corporate environment.
