Position: Associate Audit at De-Rix
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law

Role and Key Responsibilities
- -Develop compliance auditing plans based on thorough research and studies.
- -Lead Gap Analysis engagements to assure clients that all laws & compliances are covered in the compliance management solution.
- -Implement compliance programs across client organizations.
- -Ensure compliance programs are effective through audits and -reviews.
- -Lead engagements for compliance audits and present reports to the client’s Risk & Audit Committee.
- -Identify non-compliances, develop remedial action plans, and provide practical recommendations.
- -Conduct, manage, and oversee internal and external audits.
- -Review relevant programs and activities affected by regulations, including records, reports, and software.
- -Analyze existing compliance records and update as necessary.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and developments.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues promptly, ensuring accountability for escalated issues under governance escalation procedures.
Experience
- Accredited qualification in regulatory/compliance assurance (advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the legal industry.
