Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review agreements (NDA, Indemnity, Bilateral, Unilateral, etc.)
- Assist in HR compliance and legal documentation
- Maintain legal databases and records
- Conduct legal research and support compliance-related tasks
Requirements:
- Law student (LLB / BA-LLB)
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with attention to detail
