StellarStart Global is looking for law interns to join our Intellectual Property Law team. This role offers hands-on exposure in trademarks, copyrights, patents, and brand protection while working with startups, creators, and businesses across global markets (US, UK, EU, India).
What You’ll Do
- 1.Conduct in-depth legal research on trademark, copyright, and patent law across jurisdictions.
- 2.Assist in preparing IP search reports, application drafts, and client deliverables.
- 3.Review and summarise case law, legislation, and international IP frameworks.
- 4.Support in cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and IP enforcement actions.
- 5.Contribute to brand protection initiatives to help clients safeguard their IP globally.
- 6.Work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with structured deadlines and feedback.
Requirements
- -Prior internship(s) in Intellectual Property Law
- -Strong legal research and writing skills
- -Working laptop and stable Wi-Fi
- -Disciplined, reliable, and available 4–6 hrs/day
