T&S LAW is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and perfection-driven individual with a strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and a passion for the Capital Market sector. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world assignments and can lead to a long-term role within the firm.
Eligibility:
- Only for: 5th-year law students & law graduates
(4th year and below – please refer to our separate internship policy) - Strong legal research & drafting skills
- Interest in Capital Market laws & SEBI regulations
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Quick learner with an ability to apply knowledge practically
Responsibilities:
- Conducting CIBIL & Promoter watchout checks, legal research, and drafting
- Assisting in IPR due diligence and investment chapter drafting
- Handling legal compliances for appointment of directors & related provisions under the Companies Act, 2013

Preference:
Applicants with prior internship experience in capital market law firms or SEBI regulation work will be given priority.
