About the Role:
A legal position is open for candidates interested in work related to the banking sector, arbitration, and drafting. This role offers remote flexibility and hands-on experience in legal research, contract drafting, and arbitration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws.
- Interact directly with clients, including discussions via calls.
- Assist in preparing cases and legal opinions.
- Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
Requirements:
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Basic knowledge of arbitration laws and banking regulations.
