Full job description
- Lead and manage all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters for the company.
- Advise senior management on legal risks, rights, and obligations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead due diligence and legal strategy in M&A or partnership deals.
- Develop internal policies and monitor their enforcement.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Train internal teams on legal topics and risk awareness.
