We at Innoips are expanding our team and looking for a driven legal professional who is eager to build a long-term career in trademark and intellectual property law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark availability and clearance searches
- Draft and file trademark applications, oppositions, and responses
- Assist with hearings, enforcement actions, and brand protection strategies
- Coordinate with internal departments and international associates
- Keep up to date with developments in trademark law, both in India and globally
Candidate Profile:
- AIBE qualified (mandatory)
- Law graduate (LL.B. or equivalent) — freshers are welcome
- Prior experience or internships in IP law is a plus
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Keen interest in Indian and international trademark regimes
- High level of accuracy and client-focused mindset
