Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors is expanding its Real Estate Practice and is inviting applications for the role of Associate with 2–3 years of litigation experience.
About the Role
The selected candidate will be actively involved in litigation across forums in Gurugram, including:
- Civil and District Courts
- Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA)
- Revenue Courts and other quasi-judicial bodies
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, affidavits, and applications
- Briefing and coordinating with senior counsel
- Making independent appearances and arguments before courts and tribunals
Who Should Apply
- Lawyers with 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure-related disputes
- Strong drafting skills and a solid grasp of procedural and substantive civil laws
- Confident in handling litigation independently across multiple forums
