Key Requirements
- Strong drafting skills and sound understanding of procedural laws
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and ownership
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal skills, and punctuality
- Court craft, presentation skills, and familiarity with legal research platforms (SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and the ability to handle matters independently over time
