About the Company:
Zen Media LLP is a dynamic startup leading innovation in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Advertisement and Real Estate sectors. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Associate to join our growing legal team and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with advertising laws, regulations, and industry standards (especially in DOOH).
Assist in real estate legal matters, including transactions, due diligence, and documentation.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Conduct legal research related to advertisement, real estate, and commercial laws.
Attend meetings, communicate legal advice, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain legal documents and records for compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Basic understanding of advertisement compliance, real estate laws, and contract drafting is preferred.
