Working Hours: U.S. Time Zone | Location: Remote (India)
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lawyer based in India to support U.S. legal operations. This is a remote position for professionals with experience in drafting legal documents, filing papers, and handling U.S.-related legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings related to U.S. legal matters.
- Prepare legal briefings and summaries as required by the U.S.-based legal team.
- Review and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain organized records of filings, communications, and deadlines.
- Stay updated with relevant U.S. legal procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external U.S. stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB or higher) from a recognized Indian institution.
- Prior experience working on U.S. legal matters or with U.S. clients preferred.
- Excellent drafting and legal writing skills in English.
- Familiarity with U.S. legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. hours.
