SK Attorneys is inviting applications for its corporate law internship program for the months of July and August 2025 (minimum duration: 2 months).
About the Internship:
This in-office internship offers practical exposure in the field of corporate law, including:
- Contract drafting and review
- Legal research and writing
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, Contract Act, and IBC
- Client coordination and professional communication
- Engagement with regulatory websites such as MCA, SEBI, RBI, CCI, and IBBI
Eligibility:
Applications are open strictly to law students who are:
- In their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. program, or
- In the 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.

- -Possesses a strong understanding of legal frameworks under the Companies Act and IBC
