AI Legal Partners is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship in our Corporate Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for final-year law students or recent law graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate and commercial law.
Eligibility Criteria:
We’re seeking candidates with a keen interest in corporate law and prior exposure (academic or internship-based) to any of the following areas:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., NDAs, shareholder/vendor agreements)
- Company incorporation and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Legal due diligence in corporate transactions
- Exposure to M&A, private equity, or startup advisory
- Familiarity with FEMA, FDI regulations, or SEBI guidelines (preferred, not mandatory)
- Legal research and opinion writing
Desired Skills:
- Strong research and drafting capabilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Team player with a willingness to learn
Outcome:
