Eligibility:
- Enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course at a recognized university
- Currently in the penultimate or final year of study
- Prior internship experience in disputes/litigation

- 2 February 2026 – 28 February 2026
- 2 March 2026 – 31 March 2026
Applicants can expect a response four to six weeks before the proposed internship.
No part-time or online internship applications will be entertained.
Stipend:
- INR 6,000 per month (for students residing in Bangalore)
- INR 6,000 per month + up to INR 6,000 reimbursement towards accommodation (for students residing outside Bangalore)
Nature of Work:
- Research and drafting on disputes-related matters
- Participation in meetings and active involvement in casework
Application Requirements:
- CV (not exceeding three pages)
- Statement of interest (max. 300 words) outlining motivation to practice in disputes/litigation
- Short critique/analysis of one of the following Supreme Court judgments:
- Gayatri Balasamy v. ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd.
- M/s Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra
(Note should briefly summarize the holding and focus on independent analysis/critique.)
