A corporate law firm, Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP, is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
🔹 Eligibility
• LL.B. from a reputed university (CS qualification is a plus)
• Experience in a reputed law firm (mandatory)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in corporate, banking & finance matters
• Good knowledge of corporate and banking laws
🔹 Key Work Areas
• Drafting & reviewing:
- Share Purchase Agreements (SPA)
- Shareholders Agreements (SHA)
- Escrow Agreements
- Loan, Mortgage & Hypothecation Documents
• Legal opinions on:
- Companies Act, 2013
- FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC
- Banking & commercial laws
• Contract review:
- Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds
- Leave & License Agreements
- Assignment Agreements
• Assisting in legal due diligence
